We have an easy 5 STEP PLAN to purchasing:

• 1. CHOOSING YOUR AUSTRIAN PROPERTY
  Details and plans of our current properties are updated continually on our website. Just double click on the photo to view and see further details. Full details, plans and prices can be sent to you on request, please contact us via our contact page
• 2. VIEWING VISIT
  If you would like to view our properties in Austria, we will arrange a accompanied 2 day visit. You will travel from Stansted airport and will spend 1 night in Austria. The trip includes a tour of the area and a visit to our developments. You will stay with members of our team, in a beautiful alpine hotel with its own indoor pool and sports/leisure centre. The cost of the trip is £195 per person.
• 3. SAYING YES
  Following your visit and your choice of property, our UK adviser will be on hand at all times to assist you. A reservation fee will be required and your property reservation document will be issued with a copy of the purchase contract. All documents will be provided in English and you are of course advised to take independent legal advice. A maintenance package is also available and full details will be provided.
• 4. MORTGAGE
  A mortgage, through local banks, is available for up to 60 percent of the total sales value of the houses (including the 6.3 percent costs). The mortgage is for a period of 20 years and is based on a monthly interest-only payment (no repayment).
• 5. FINAL PAYMENT
  The balance of the purchase price plus legal costs and tax are paid to our Notary in Austria 7 days prior to completion. They are held in a client account and not transferred to us until you have inspected the property and completed the purchase at the Notary’s offices in Graz. Only when you are fully happy and the keys are in your possession, is the money transferred to us by the Notary.
• 6. COMPLETION VISIT
  A free of charge one night, 2 day visit to inspect your completed property and sign the necessary legal paperwork for completion.
